"May
I just say how pleased we are once again with your product? Your staff
were very efficient in taking the new order ( & locating the previous
one for the artwork). Plus at the proof stage I asked for a really VIVID
yellow background and you did. It is so refreshing nowadays to find a
company that actually completes an order 100% to your requirements and
ahead of time. Thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending you
to anyone. Well done. Keith Christophers"
"They

the flag for HMS Warrior 1860 |

Hampshire
Flag Company is proud to have been successfully selected to continue
supplying the striking red ensign flags flown on HMS Warrior 1860.
For approximately 16 years it has been supplying the flags for the
world’s first modern battleship, which stands in all her glory in
Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. The six-yard sewn red ensign flag
is flown from Warrior’s stern and when the ship is fully dressed,
an ensign is also flown from each of its three mastheads. The red
ensign is flown to indicate that Warrior was in the Channel Squadron.

| Students'
skills fly high thanks to flag firm visit |
|
|
|
Young
people from a special needs school in Hampshire had the chance to
learn more about the working environment and to see their own flag
in production when they visited Hampshire Flag. The group of 11
pupils from Oak Lodge School in Dibden Purlieu took part in a tour
of the company's manufacturing unit enabling the students to see
skills learnt about in school applied in the workplace. The young
people also watched the production of an Oak Lodge school flag,
which was designed by one of the Hampshire Flag team members. The
flag will fly in the school grounds.
